Our story

Licci Logistica was founded in Zevio (VR) during the Italian economic boom thanks to the initiative of Michele Licci, who founded the company initially focusing on the national and international trade of fruit and vegetable products.

In a few years, the company became a point of reference for the sale of products from the Verona plain, with a strong connection to the territory and the agricultural world.

In the 90s the company undertook a strategic transformation: it progressively left the commercial activity to focus on cold logistics for third parties, making available expertise, advanced structures and technological plants.

It is at this moment that the current identity of Licci Logistica was born, now recognized as a reliable partner for the management of fresh and delicate food products.

The company's growth is still guided by the Licci family, strongly committed to the development of the organization:

◆ Matteo Licci: Management Engineer, responsible for quality, processes and safety
◆ Cristian Licci: Economist, head of administration and control

Family continuity, combined with system innovation and continuous training, has allowed the company to evolve, maintaining solid roots and a vision oriented towards constant improvement.

How we work

Our philosophy is simple:
every product must be stored in the best possible way, safely and without waste.

To do this, we use a lean organization and processes designed to make each phase clear, precise and immediate.

🔹 Cold management at the center
We maintain a constant temperature, control hygiene and limit dispersions: thus the products retain their natural characteristics longer and we reduce the energy impact.

🔹 Complete traceability
Each batch is identified and monitored in real time thanks to warehouse mapping and parameters that optimize layout and picking.

🔹 Handling when needed (JIT)
We operate only on the goods actually requested: fewer unnecessary stocks, less waste, faster and more consistent processes with customer needs.

🔹 Procedures that avoid errors (Poka-Yoke)
We make operational activities intuitive to reduce the possibility of error and keep the workflow simple and smooth.

🔹 Collaboration and adaptation
Each product is different.
For this reason, we build a dedicated working method with each client, adapting layouts, routes and picking methods to their needs.

🔹 Operational sustainability
Limiting the dispersion of cold means consuming less energy, preserving the plants and reducing the environmental impact. Efficiency and respect for the environment go together.

Our mission

Our goal is to ensure that every food product best preserves its natural characteristics throughout all stages of the cold chain logistics.
We believe that the correct storage and temperature compliance are fundamental elements to protect the work of producers and the safety of the final consumer.

Our mission is to build solid and lasting relationships with customers, based on collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
We are convinced that a company is first and foremost made up of its people: for this reason, we invest every day in organization, training, and care of operational activities.

Reducing waste, avoiding interruptions, maintaining cold, and ensuring continuity are the cornerstones of our daily commitment.
